DECLARING WEDNESDAY, JUNE 21, 1989, AS “CITY OF PAGADIAN DAY”

WHEREAS, the Charter Day of the City of Pagadian falls on Wednesday, June 21, 1989; and

WHEREAS, the people of the said city desire to celebrate with fitting ceremonies their Charter Day;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Wednesday, June 21, 1989, as “City of Pagadian Day” in the City of Pagadian. The day, however, shall be a regular working and school day.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
