[ Proclamation No. 410, May 17, 1989 ]

REVOKING PROCLAMATION NO. 600, DATED AUGUST 5, 1940, WHICH ESTABLISHED THE WAREHOUSE SITE RESERVATION SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SANTIAGO, PROVINCE OF ISABELA, AND DECLARING THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN OPEN TO DISPOSITION UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE PUBLIC LAND ACT SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITION.

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby revoke Proclamation No. 600, dated August 5, 1940, which established the warehouse site reservation situated in the Municipality of Santiago, province of Isabela, and declare the land embraced therein open to disposition under the provisions of the Public Land Act, subject to the condition that the area embraced therein which is presently occupied by the 116th Philippine Constabulary (PC) Detachment shall be reserved for the use of the said unit.
