EXTENDING THE NATIONAL FUND CAMPAIGN PERIOD OF THE FOUNDATION FOR THE REHABILITATION AND THE PREVENTION OF BLINDNESS IN THE PHILIPPINES, INC. UP TO APRIL 30, 1990

WHEREAS, the Foundation for the Rehabilitation and Prevention of Blindness in the Philippines, Inc. (FRPBP) was authorized under Proclamation No. 251, dated April 20, 1988, to conduct a national fund campaign up to April 30, 1989; and

WHEREAS, the FRPBP needs additional time to conduct its fund drive to enable it to better realize its objectives;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby extend the national educational, membership and fund campaign period of the Foundation for the Rehabilitation and Prevention of Blindness in the Philippines, Inc. up to April 30, 1990.
