EXTENDING THE NATIONAL CAMPAIGN PERIOD OF THE PHILIPPINE MENTAL HEALTH ASSOCIATION UP TO MAY 6, 1990

WHEREAS, the Philippine Mental Association was authorized under Proclamation No. 258, dated May 6, 1988, to conduct a national educational, membership and fund campaign up to May 6, 1989; and

WHEREAS, the Philippine Mental Health Association needs additional campaign period to effectively realize its objectives;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby extend the national educational, membership and fund campaign period of the Philippine Mental Health Association up to May 6, 1990.
