EXTENDING THE NATIONAL FUND CAMPAIGN PERIOD OF THE PHILIPPINE FOUNDATION FOR THE REHABILITATION OF DISABLED UP TO MARCH 24, 1990

WHEREAS, the Philippine Foundation for the Rehabilitation of Disabled was authorized to conduct a national fund campaign up to March 24, 1989 under Proclamation No. 231, dated March 24, 1988; and

WHEREAS, the said Foundation needs additional campaign period to effectively realize its objectives;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby extend the national fund campaign period of the Philippine Foundation for the Rehabilitation of Disabled up to March 24, 1990.
