DECLARING THE PERIOD FROM APRIL 23 TO 29, 1989 AS THE SECRETARIES WEEK

WHEREAS, the period April 17 to 23, 1988 has been designated as Secretaries Week under Proclamation No. 249 dated April 18, 1988;

WHEREAS, the Philippine Association of Secretaries will be celebrating Secretaries Week from April 23 to 29, 1989 to coincide with the observance of Professional Secretaries Week Worldwide;

WHEREAS, there is a need to declare a new period for the celebration of Secretaries Week;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare the period April 23 to 29, 1989 as Secretaries Week.1aшphi1
