RESERVING FOR HOUSING PROJECT PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN SITUATED IN RESIDENCE SECTION “D”, CITY OF BAGUIO, ISLAND OF LUZON

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve under the administration of the National Housing Authority, for the construction of a housing project exclusively to be leased and occupied by the employees of the Mansion House and/or their heirs in the direct line, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the private domain situated in Residence “D”, City of Baguio, Island of Luzon, and more particularly described as follows:

Baguio Townsite

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot No. 64, TCT-2822), situated in Residence Section “D”, City of Baguio, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the NW., points 1, 2 to 3 by Lot 68, Rs-1137; on the NE., points 3 to 4 by Private Property; on the SE., points 4 to 5 by Public Land; on the SW., points 5 to 1 by Lot 65 RS-1327. Beginning at a point marked “1” being S. 60 deg. 22’W., 489.47 m. from Triangulation Station Gulick, Baguio Townsite;

Thence N. 23 deg. 04’E., 22.59 m. to point 2
N. 41 deg. 17’E., 59.90 m. to point 3;
S. 38 deg. 57’E., 120.23 m. to point 4;
S. 41 deg. 54’W., 73.72 m. to point 5;
N. 42 deg. 19’W., 111.00 m. to the point
