FURTHER AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 423 DATED JULY 12, 1957, WHICH ESTABLISHED THE FORT ANDRES BONIFACIO MILITARY RESERVATION SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF PASIG, TAGUIG AND PARAÑAQUE, PROVINCE OF RIZAL AND PASAY CITY, BY EXCLUDING A CERTAIN PORTION OF THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN AND RESERVING THE SAME AS ADDITIONAL SITE OF THE NATIONAL MAPPING AND RESOURCE INFORMATION AUTHORITY, AND LIKEWISE AMENDING FOR THE PURPOSE PROCLAMATION NO. 2165, DATED FEBRUARY 22, 1982
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 423 dated July 12, 1957, which established the Fort Andres Bonifacio Military Reservation situated in the Municipalities of Pasig, Taguig, and Parañaque, Province of Rizal, a certain portion of the land embraced therein and reserve the same as additional site of the National Mapping and Resource Information Authority, and likewise amending for the purpose Proclamation No. 2165, dated February 22, 1982, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to the condition that area shall revert to military control when no longer needed for the purpose stated, which portion is more particularly described as follows:

A portion of Parcel 3 PSU 2031 situated in the Municipality of Makati, Province of Rizal bounded on the North of Consular Area; on the East by Housing Area; on the South by Road; and on the West by Dental Area, all boundaries are remaining portions of Parcel 3, PSU 2031.
