DECLARING SATURDAY, MARCH 25, 1989 AS A SPECIAL DAY

WHEREAS, March 25, 1989 falls on a Saturday between Good Friday and Easter Sunday, both regular holidays;

WHEREAS, the said day, March 25, 1989, may be declared a Special Day without detriment to public service, to allow our people uninterrupted opportunity to observe and ponder on the significance of the lenten season.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Saturday, March 25, 1989 a Special Day.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
