DECLARING THURSDAY, MARCH 16, 1989, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF DAVAO

WHEREAS, Thursday, March 16, 1989, marks the 52nd Foundation Anniversary of the City of Davao; and

WHEREAS, there is a need to focus public attention on the accomplishments and progress of the City so as to stimulate the interest, cooperation, and participation of the residents therein;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Thursday, March 16, 1989, as a special day in the City of Davao.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
