EXTENDING THE NATIONAL FUND CAMPAIGN PERIOD OF THE EPHPHETA FOUNDATION FOR THE BLIND, INC. UP TO JANUARY 29, 1990

WHEREAS, the Ephpheta Foundation for the Blind, Inc. was authorized under Proclamation No. 213, dated January 29, 1988, to conduct a national fund campaign up to January 29, 1989; and

WHEREAS, the Ephpheta Foundation for the Blind, Inc. needs more time to raise more funds for its laudable goal;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby extend the national fund campaign period of the Ephpheta Foundation for the Blind, Inc. up to January 29, 1990.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
