EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 573, DATED JUNE 26, 1969, WHICH ESTABLISHED THE MAGAT RIVER FOREST RESERVE, A PARCEL OF LAND EMBRACED THEREIN LOCATED IN BARANGAY COMON, ARITAO, NUEVA VIZCAYA, AND DECLARING THE SAME AS A CIVIL RESERVATION FOR CEMETERY SITE PURPOSES FOR THE SAID BARANGAY PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF PRESIDENTIAL DECREE NO. 705, AS AMENDED
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and pursuant to Section 18 of Presidential Decree No. 705, otherwise known as the Revised Forestry Code of the Philippines, as amended, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 573, dated June 26, 1969, which established the Magat River Forest Reserve, a parcel of land embraced therein and located in Barangay Comon, Aritao, Nueva Vizcaya, and declare the same as a civil reservation for cemetery site purposes for the said Barangay pursuant to the provisions of Presidential Decree No. 705, as amended, as shown in Map No. CR-379, which is more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the junction of Kabakisan and Comon Road, S 60 degrees W, 300 meters to corner 1;

of beginning, containing an area of 1.0 hectare, more or less, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to the following conditions:
1. The administration and management of the area covered by the reservation shall be jointly under the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and Department of Local Government. For this purpose, a five-year development plan shall be submitted to the Office of the President by the Barangay officials of Comon, Aritao, Nueva Vizcaya, within one year from the approval hereof, furnishing the Department of Local Government, Department of Environment and Natural Resources, National Mapping and Resource Information Authority, Forest Management Bureau, copies thereof.
2. The extraction and utilization of timber and other forest products remaining in the area shall be subject to Forest and Internal Revenue Laws and Regulations.1aшphi1
3. In the event that the area is no longer needed for the purpose stated, or its development has already been abandoned for a period of two (2) years, this proclamation is automatically withdrawn, revoked or cancelled and the subject area shall regain its original status as part and parcel of the forest lands.
