DECLARING TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 28, 1989, AS “TANGUB CITY DAY”.

WHEREAS, Tuesday, February 28, 1989, marks the Charter Anniversary of the City of Tangub; and cda

WHEREAS, the people of the City of Tangub should be given full opportunity to celebrate the day with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Tuesday, February 28, 1989, as “Tangub City Day”. The day, however, shall be a regular working and school day.
