MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 372, February 14, 1989 ] AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 369 DATED FEBRUARY 6, 1989, PROCLAIMING A STATE OF PUBLIC CALAMITY IN THE THREE PROVINCES OF NORTHERN, EASTERN AND WESTERN SAMAR. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of National Defense and Chairman, National Disaster Coordinating Council, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 369 so as to include therein the provinces of Sorsogon, Albay, Catanduanes, Camarines Sur, and Camarines Norte, all in Region V.
