DECLARING THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 16, 1989, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF KALOOKAN.

WHEREAS, Thursday, February 16, 1989, marks the 27th Foundation Anniversary of the City of Kalookan; and

WHEREAS, there is a need to focus public attention on the accomplishments and progress of the City so as to stimulate the interest, cooperation, and participation of the residents therein;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Section 2 of Executive Order No. 203, dated June 30, 1987, do hereby declare Thursday, February 16, 1989, as a special day in the City of Kalookan.
