[ Proclamation No. 365, January 27, 1989 ]

DECLARING FRIDAY, JULY 14, 1989, AS “PROVINCE OF SOUTH COTABATO DAY”.

WHEREAS, the 23rd Charter Anniversary of the Province of South Cotabato falls on July 14, 1989; and

WHEREAS, the people of the Province of South Cotabato should be afforded full opportunity to celebrate the event with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Friday, July 14, 1989, as “Province of South Cotabato Day”. The day, however, shall be a regular working and school day.
