DECLARING THE 24TH OF APRIL OF EVERY YEAR AS DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE FOUNDATION DAY.

WHEREAS, April 24 is recognized as the foundation day of the Department of Finance;

WHEREAS, it is but appropriate to commemorate the founding date of the Department of Finance by declaring that date as the Department of Finance Foundation Day;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare the 24th of April of every year as Department of Finance Foundation Day.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
