DECLARING FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 3, 1989, AS “CABANATUAN CITY DAY”.

WHEREAS, the 39th Foundation Anniversary of Cabanatuan City falls on February 3, 1989; and

WHEREAS, it is fitting that the residents of Cabanatuan City be given ample opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Friday, February 3, 1989, as “Cabanatuan City Day”. The day, however, shall be a regular working and school day.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
