RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE SITIO OF FUENTES, BARRIO OF MARIA CRISTINA, CITY OF ILIGAN, ISLAND OF MINDANAO.

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school site purposes of the NAPOCOR Elementary School, under the administration of the Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in the Sitio of Fuentes, Barrio of Maria Cristina, City of Iligan, Island of Mindanao, which is more particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 2034-A, Sgs-12-000263), situated in the Barrio of Maria Cristina, City of Iligan, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the NW., SE., SW., & W., along lines 1-2-3-4-5-6-1 by remaining portion of Lot 2034-A, Cad-292. Beginning at a point marked “1” of Lot 2034-A, Sgs-12-000263, being N. 54-33’E., 958.25 m. from D.B.N. # 36, Cad-292.

thence S. 16-43' W., 256.15 m. to point 3;

thence N. 66-22' W., 48.42 m. to point 4;

thence N. 32-51' W., 71.32 m. to point 5;

thence N. 0-28' E., 20.74 m. to point 6;

thence N. 32-33' W., 41.41 m. to point 1;
