DECLARING SATURDAY, APRIL 21, 1984 A NON-WORKING SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY
WHEREAS, the people will once again celebrate the Holy Week; and
WHEREAS, the people may be given a day off without detriment to public service on Saturday, April 21, 1984, to allow them uninterrupted opportunity to ponder and reflect on the significance of Lent;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Saturday, April 21, 1984, a non-working special public holiday.1aшphi1
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
