RESERVING A PARCEL OF LAND (LOT 1, SKETCH PLAN, TSA-V-(NEW), SITUATED IN THE RESIDENCE SECTION “H”, CITY OF BAGUIO, ISLAND OF LUZON, AS SITE FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A BUILDING FOR THE COMMON USE OF THE TRIBES OF SADANGA, MT. PROVINCE AND BOTBOT, TINGLAYAN, KALINGA-APAYAO.

WHEREAS, the warring tribes of Sadanga, Mt. Province and Botbot, Tinglayan, Kalinga-Apayao have finally settled their long standing tribal differences which caused untold misfortunes among them;

WHEREAS, the final settlement of their tribal differences has been sealed by a peace pact locally called “Budong”; and

WHEREAS, a petition for the allocation to them of a parcel of land situated in the Residence Section “H” of the City of Baguio, containing an area of 582 square meters, for the construction of a building for their common use is a part of their “Budong”;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby reserve as site for the construction of a building for the common use of the tribes of Sadanga, Mt. Province and Botbot, Tinglayan, Kalinga-Apayao, a parcel of land, under the administration of the City of Baguio, more particularly described as follows:

Sec. “H”, City of Baguio, Island of Luzon, Bounded on the N., NE., along lines 6-1-2-3 by lot 2, same sketch plan; on the SE., along line 3-4 lot 3, (Magsaysay Elementary School); on the SW., lot 23-J-1 = lot 1 (Reservation of Magsaysay Elementary School); on the NW., along lines 4-5-6 lot 3, (Reservation of Magsaysay Elementary School).1aшphi1 Beginning at a point marked “1” on lot-1, Tsa-V-(New), Sketch Plan, being S.55 deg., 01' E. 256.64 m. from Triangulation Sta. “SKYLINE”, Baguio Townsite;

thence N. 70 deg., 12’E., 11.62 m to point 2;

thence S. 36 deg., 51’E., 15.00 m to point 3;

thence S. 69 deg., 56’W., 41.85 m to point 4;

thence N. 17 deg., 39’W., 13.59 m to point 5;

thence N. 50 deg., 29’E., 6.66 m to point 6;

thence N. 74 deg., 40’E., 19.04 m to point of

beginning, containing an area of FIVE HUNDRED AND EIGHTY TWO (582) SQUARE METERS. All points referred to are indicated on the sketch plan and we are marked on the grounds as follows: pointS 1-2-3-4-5-6 by P.S. cyl. conc. mons. 15 x 60 cm. Bearings true, date of preliminary survey on April 10, 1963 by AMBROSIO DETRAN, Deputy Public Land Surveyor.”
