RESERVING FOR PARK AND OTHER PUBLIC PURPOSES OF THE INTRAMUROS ADMINISTRATION A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN OF THE NATIONAL GOVERNMENT SITUATED IN THE DISTRICT OF INTRAMUROS, CITY OF MANILA, ISLAND OF LUZON.
Upon the recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for park and other public purposes under administration of the Intramuros Administration, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the private domain of the National Government situated in the District of Intramuros, particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 1-A of the resurvey plan Rs-803, being a portion of Lot 1, Block 198 of the cadastral survey of the City of Manila, L. R.C. Cad. Record No.), situated in the District of Intramuros, City of Manila, island of Luzon. Bounded on the SW., and W., along lines 1-2-3 by Fort Santiago (U.S.A); on the N., along lines 3-4-5 by Lot 1-B of the resurvey plan RS-803; on the E., and N., along lines 5-6-7 by Lot 3, Block 198, Manila Cadastral; on the E., and S., along lines 7-8-9-10-11-12 by Lot 1-B of the resurvey plan Rs-803; and on the W., along line 12-1 by Fort Santiago (U.S.A). Bearings true.
The land was surveyed on May 1916 to January 1917 and resurveyed on July 29, September 17, 22, 1958 by Gamaliel P. Javier, Public Land Surveyor, and was approved on October 16, 1958.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
