DECLARING AS A CAMPSITE RESERVATION FOR THE BOY SCOUTS OF THE PHILIPPINES, THE PARCEL OF PUBLIC DOMAIN AS DESCRIBED ON BUREAU OF FOREST DEVELOPMENT MAP CR-193 SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF LAMON MUNICIPALITIES OF GOA AND LAGONOY, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES SUR

Upon recommendation of the Director of Forest Development concurred in by the Minister of Natural Resources I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby set aside as campsite reservation for the Boy Scouts of the Philippines, the parcel of land containing an area of 72.0 hectares, more or less, situated in the Barrio of Lamon, Municipalities of Goa and Lagonoy, Province of Camarines Sur, as shown in the attached BFD Map CR-193, more particularly described as follows:

Beginning at a point marked “1” which is the junction of Mahaba Creek and Itocao Creek, identical to FZ corner 11 Alienable or Disposable Block I, LC Project No. 5-C;

Thence, following Mahaba Creek downstream generally in a NE direction about 440 meters to point 2;

Thence, following Mahaba Creek downstream in a NE, E, and NE direction about 430 meters to point 3;

Thence, following Mahaba Creek downstream in a NE direction about 170 meters to point 4;

Thence, N 81°E about 210 meters to point 5;

Thence, S 39°E about 180 meters to point 6;

Thence, S 79°E about 120 meters to point 7;

Thence, S 10°E about 225 meters to point 8;

Thence, N 71°E about 160 meters to point 9;

Thence, N 71°E about 135 meters to point 10;

Thence, S 02°E about 190 meters to point 11;

Thence, S 17°W about 90 meters to point 12;

Thence, S 19°W about 140 meters to point 13;

Thence, S 25°W about 116 meters to point 14;

Thence, S 56°E about 170 meters to point 15;

Thence, S 64°W about 140 meters to point 16;

Thence, N 78°W about 200 meters to point 17;

Thence, N 65°W about 200 meters to point 18;

Thence, N 11°E about 70 meters to point 19;

Thence, N 15°W about 150 meters to point 20;

Thence, following Itocao Creek downstream in a general SW and NW direction about 400 meters to point 1.

The reservation shall be under the administration and control of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines. However, the disposition of timber and other forest products therein are subject to Forestry and Internal Revenue Laws, Rules or Regulations. In the event that the Boy Scouts of the Philippines no longer needs the area for campsite purposes the same shall automatically revert to its former status as timberland within the jurisdiction of the Bureau of Forest Development.1aшphi1
