RESERVING FOR BAGONG LIPUNAN IMPROVEMENT OF SITES AND SERVICES (BLISS) SITE PURPOSES OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF TABUK, OF A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARANGAY OF NAMBARAN, MUNICIPALITY OF TABUK, PROVINCE OF KALINGA-APAYAO, ISLAND OF LUZON
By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or resettlement and reserve for Bagong Lipunan Improvement of Sites and Services (BLISS) site purposes under the administration of the Municipal Government of Tabuk, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in Barangay Nambaran, municipality of Tabuk, province of Kalinga-Apayao, Island of Luzon, which parcel is more particularly described as follows:

Bounded on the NE., and E., along lines 1-2-3 by NIA-CRIP PROPOSED DIVERSION CANAL; on the SE., and SW., along lines 3-4-5-6- by Lot No. 447 (portion), Pls-93 and on the NW., along line 6-1 by National Road.
Beginning at a point marked “1” on Plan Sgs-2-05-001435-D, being N. 35 deg. 56’E, 1852.70 m. from BLLM #17, Pls-93;
thence S. 21 deg. 51’E, 210.00 m. to point 2;
thence S. 11 deg. 59’E, 318.00 m. to point 3;
thence S. 52 deg. 00’E, 197.02 m. to point 4;
thence N. 38 deg. 00’W, 290.00 m. to point 5;
thence N. 38 deg. 00’W, 197.48 m. to point 6;
thence N. 52 deg. 00’E, 394.92 m. to point 1,
of the beginning, containing an area of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND AND TWO (150,002) SQUARE METERS. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by P.S. Cyl. Conc. Mons. Bearings true. This survey was executed in accordance with law and existing regulations promulgated thereunder by Frank M. Belen, Geodetic Engineer, on May 14 to 18, 1979, and approved on June 28, 1979.
Note: This survey is equivalent to Lot 15705, a portion of Lot 447, Pls-93.
