AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 504, SERIES OF 1968, RESERVING FOR TOWNSITE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CARMEN, PROVINCE OF DAVAO (DEL NORTE) BY TRANSFERRING TO THE MUNICIPALITY OF CARMEN SAID PARCEL OF LAND AND RESERVING CERTAIN PORTIONS THEREOF FOR BAGONG LIPUNAN SITES AND SERVICES (BLISS).
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of the Ministry of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, do hereby grant, transfer and convey to the Municipality of Carmen for townsite purposes, provided that one-half of the total area so transferred shall be reserved for the Bagong Lipunan Sites and Services (BLISS), subject to private rights if any there be, and to future subdivision survey, in accordance with the development plan to be prepared and approved by the Ministry of Human Settlements, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in the Municipality of Carmen, Province of Davao (del Norte) which is more particularly described as follows:
