[ Proclamation No. 1867, June 18, 1979 ]

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, JUNE 20, 1979, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN DAGUPAN CITY.

WHEREAS, the 32nd foundation day of Dagupan City falls on June 20, 1979; and

WHEREAS, the residents of the city desire to celebrate with fitting ceremonies this milestone in the history of their city;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare June 20, 1979, as a special public holiday in Dagupan City, but it shall be a regular working and school day.
