CALLING THE SANGGUNIANG PAMPOOK OF REGIONS IX AND XII TO THEIR INAUGURAL SESSION.

WHEREAS, majority of the members of the Sangguniang Pampook of Regions IX and XII have already been proclaimed as winners in the recently conducted elections in said regions;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me under Section 8 of Batas Pambansa Blg. 20, do hereby call the Sangguniang Pampook to their inaugural session on June 22, 1979.
