DECLARING FRIDAY, JUNE 1, 1979, AS SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE CITY OF OLONGAPO.

WHEREAS, the 13th foundation anniversary of the City of Olongapo falls on Friday, June 1, 1979; and

WHEREAS, the residents of the City of Olongapo desire to commemorate with fitting ceremonies this milestone in their city’s history;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare June 1, 1979, as a special public holiday in the City of Olongapo.
