AUTHORIZING THE NATIONAL LEAGUE OF PUERICULTURE AND FAMILY PLANNING CENTERS (NLPFPC), INC. TO CONDUCT A NATIONAL FUND CAMPAIGN DURING THE PERIOD FROM MAY 1, 1979 TO MAY 1, 1980.

WHEREAS, the National League of Puericulture and Family Planning Centers (NLPFPC), Inc. will celebrate its Diamond (67) Anniversary this year;

WHEREAS, to commemorate this anniversary, the NLPFPC desires to update its medical facilities and supplies by launching “Operation Medical Equipment and Supplies for Puericulture Centers”; and

WHEREAS, this commendable effort and initiative deserve the moral and financial support of both the government and private sectors;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby authorize the National League of Puericulture and Family Planning Centers, Inc. to conduct a nationwide fund campaign for the period from May 1, 1979 to May 1, 1980.1aшphi1
