RESERVING FOR NATIONAL GOVERNMENT CENTER SITE A PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED IN THE CONSTITUTION HILL QUEZON CITY METRO MANILA CONTAINING AN AREA OF FOUR MILLION FOUR HUNDRED FORTY THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED SIXTY-SIX SQUARE METERS.
Upon the recommendation of the Minister of Public Works, Transportation and Communication with the concurrence of the Minister for Natural Resources, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby reserve a national government site to be known as the National Government Center a parcel of land situated in the Constitution Hill, Quezon City, Metro Manila subject to private rights if any there be, which parcel of land has been surveyed and duly approved by the Bureau of Lands under SWO-04-000494 and which is more particularly described as follows:
