RESERVING FOR EXPORT PROCESSING ZONE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE CITY OF BAGUIO, ISLAND OF LUZON.
Upon recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for export processing zone purposes under the administration of the Chairman, Export Processing Zone Authority, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to future survey verification and approval, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in the City of Baguio, Island of Luzon, which parcel is more particularly described as follows:
“A parcel of land situated in the City of Baguio, Island of Luzon, bounded on the South, along lines 8-9-10-11- 12-13-14-15-16-17-18-19-20 by C. A. A. property; on the West, along lines 21-22-23-24-25-26-27-28-29-30-31-1 Loakan Road to Airport; on the North along lines 2-3-4 by the National Grains Authority property, along lines 3-4 by property of Voice of America, and on the West, along lines 4-5-6-7 by an almost vertical cliff. Beginning at a point marked “1” on the plan, being N 65º23’E., 1069.68 meters from Triangulation Station “BOYD” Baguio Townsite.
