EXTENDING THE FUND CAMPAIGN OF THE MGA LINGKOD BAYAN UP TO DECEMBER 31, 1979.

WHEREAS, Proclamation No. 1718 dated February 24, 1978, authorized the extension of the fund campaign of the Mga Lingkod Bayan up to December 31, 1979; and

WHEREAS, the Mga Lingkod Bayan needs more time to raise funds to realize its laudable objectives and projects;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby extend the fund campaign of the Mga Lingkod Bayan up to December 31, 1979.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
