DECLARING FEBRUARY 16, 1979, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE CITY OF CALOOCAN.

WHEREAS, the 17th Foundation Day of the City of Caloocan falls on February 16, 1979; and

WHEREAS, the people of said city should be afforded full opportunity to celebrate, with fitting ceremony, this milestone in the history of their city although the day will be considered as a regular working and school day;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare February 16, 1979, as a special public holiday in the City of Caloocan.1aшphi1
