RESERVING FOR PHILIPPINE NORMAL COLLEGE (AGUSAN BRANCH) SITE PURPOSES CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PROSPERIDAD, PROVINCE OF AGUSAN DEL SUR, ISLAND OF MINDANAO
Upon recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources and by virtue of the power vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school site purposes under the administration of the President of the Philippine Normal College, subject to private rights, if any there be, certain parcels of land of the public domain situated in the municipality of Prosperidad, province of Agusan del Sur, island of Mindanao, which parcels are more particularly described as follows:

This lot was surveyed in accordance with law and existing regulations promulgated thereunder by Pablito Valledor, Geodetic Engineer, on October 22, 1958 and January 15, 1959, respectively. Both surveys were approved on September 10, 1975.
