DECLARING THURSDAY, OCTOBER 12, 1978, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN QUEZON CITY

WHEREAS, the 39th foundation anniversary of Quezon City falls on Thursday, October 12, 1978; and

WHEREAS, the people of Quezon City desire to celebrate this milestone in the history of their city with fitting ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Thursday, October 12, 1978, as a special public holiday in Quezon City.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
