DECLARING SEPTEMBER 24 TO 30, 1978 AS “MANAGEMENT AND INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING WEEK”

WHEREAS, the Association of Management and Industrial Engineers will hold a national conference on September 28 to 30, 1978; and

WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper to focus national attention on the vital role played by management and industrial engineers in the development of our country;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare the period from September 24 to 30, as “Management and Industrial Engineering Week”, under the auspices of the Association of Management and Industrial Engineers of the Philippines.
