DECLARING TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 5, 1978, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN GENERAL SANTOS CITY

WHEREAS, Tuesday, September 5, 1978 marks the 10th Charter Anniversary of General Santos City; and

WHEREAS, the residents of General Santos City should be afforded the opportunity to commemorate the event with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Tuesday, September 5, 1978, as a special public holiday in General Santos City.1aшphi1
