AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 217 DATED FEBRUARY 16, 1929, WHICH ESTABLISHED THE CENTRAL CORDILLERA FOREST RESERVE AND PROCLAMATION NO. 548 DATED APRIL 19, 1969, WHICH ESTABLISHED THE AMBUKLAO-BINGA WATERSHED FOREST RESERVE, BY EXCLUDING CERTAIN PORTION THEREOF TO BE SET ASIDE AS BUREAU OF PLANT INDUSTRY IRISH POTATO SEED FARM RESERVATION

Upon the recommendation of the Director of Forest Development as concurred by the Secretary of Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 217, dated February 16, 1929, which established the Central Cordillera Forest Reserve and Proclamation No. 548, dated April 19, 1969, which established the Ambuklao-Binga Watershed Forest Reserve, by excluding a certain portion thereof to be set aside as Bureau of Plant Industry Irish Potato Seed Farm Reservation, subject to the following conditions:

1. Disposition of timber and other forest products shall be governed by Forest and Internal Revenue laws, rules and regulations; and

2. The area shall revert back to its original status after the BPI no longer needs same for the purpose it is being established.

The Bureau of Plant Industry Irish Potato Seed Farm Reservation shall be composed of the following tract of land of the public domain, to wit:

Beginning at point marked “1” on BFD Map C.R.-161, concrete monument 15 x 15 x 60;

Thence S 16° 38’W 222.07 meters to corner 2, concrete monument 15 x 15 x 60 cms.;

Thence S 17°15’E 222.52 meters to corner 3, concrete monument 15 x 15 x 60 cms.;

Thence S 25°21’E 88.83 meters to corner 4, Pine tree 15 cms.;

Thence S 44°11’W 224.83 meters to corner 5, concrete monument;

Thence S 70°19’W 84.23 meters to corner 6, miscellaneous Sp. 15 cms.;

Thence S 85° 43’W 213.51 meters to corner 7, miscellaneous Sp. 20 cms.;

Thence S 78°41’W 101.69 meters to corner 8, concrete monument;

Thence N 53°39’W 94.95 meters to corner 9, Eugenio Sp. 20 cms.;

Thence N 5°16’W 69.04 meters to corner 10, Eugenio Sp. 40 cms.;

Thence N 10°16’E 146.15 meters to corner 11, miscellaneous Sp. 40 cms.;

Thence N 10°42’E 69.23 meters to corner 12, concrete monument;

Thence N 20°E 155.88 meters to corner 13, concrete monument;

Thence N 17°04’E 205.70 meters to corner 14, concrete monument;

Thence N 58°40’E 223.94 meters to corner 15, concrete monument;

Thence N 74°40’E 88.48 meters to corner 16, concrete monument;

Thence S 61°42’E 149.74 meters to corner 1, to the point of beginning, containing an area of 36.04 hectares, more or less.1aшphi1
