DECLARING WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 30, 1978, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN SAN JUAN, METROPOLITAN MANILA

WHEREAS, the 82nd anniversary of the Battle of Pinaglabanan falls on August 30, 1978; and

WHEREAS, the people of San Juan, Metropolitan Manila, should be afforded full opportunity to celebrate this historical occasion with fitting ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Wednesday, August 30, 1978, as a special public holiday in San Juan, Metropolitan Manila.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
