DECLARING FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 1, 1978, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE CITY OF BAGUIO

WHEREAS, Friday, September 1, 1978, marks the 69th Charter Anniversary of Baguio City; and

WHEREAS, the residents of Baguio City should be afforded the opportunity to commemorate the event with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Friday, September 1, 1978, as a special public holiday in Baguio City.1aшphi1
