RESERVING FOR THE GOVERNMENT AGRICULTURAL COLLEGE SITE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF BAMBAN, MUNICIPALITY OF INFANTA, PROVINCE OF PANGASINAN, ISLAND OF LUZON.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for agricultural college site purposes under the administration of the Director of Higher Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to final survey and to future reclassification a certain parcel of land of the public domain containing an area of 1,000 hectares, more or less, situated in the barrio of Bamban, municipality of Infanta, province of Pangasinan, Island of Luzon, as shown in the attached topographic map sheet No. 2967-I, which parcel is more particularly described as follows:
On the Northwest, North and Northeast bounded by Mt. Maliang, on the East bounded by San Felipe River, on the Southwest bounded by Baracbac Creek, on the Southwest bounded by alienable and disposable area (Block V) and San Felipe River, and on the Northwest bounded by Almoneda Creek.
