DECLARING WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 16, 1978, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN PASAY CITY.

WHEREAS, the 31st foundation anniversary and the 400th year existence of the City of Pasay fall on Wednesday, August 16, 1978; and

WHEREAS, the people of said city should be afforded full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their city’s history with fitting ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Wednesday, August 16, 1978, as a special public holiday in the City of Pasay.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
