DECLARING JUNE 20, 1978, AND EVERY YEAR THEREAFTER

AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN COTABATO CITY.

WHEREAS, June 20, 1978, marks the foundation day of Cotabato City; and

WHEREAS, the residents of said city clamor for the declaration of said date and every year thereafter as a special public holiday in their city, and in order to afford them opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their city’s history with fitting ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtues of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare June 20, 1978 and every year thereafter as a special public holiday in Cotabato City.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
