RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE NATIONAL COMPREHENSIVE HIGH SCHOOL A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF KIDAPAWAN, PROVINCE OF NORTH COTABATO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO.

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Natural Resources, and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or other mode of disposition of parcel of land of the public domain situated in the Municipality of Kidapawan, Province of North Cotabato, Island of Mindanao, and reserve the same for school site purposes of the National Comprehensive High School, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows, to wit:

“A parcel of land (Lot 2967, Ts-220), situated in the Municipality of Kidapawan, Province of North Cotabato, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the NE., along line 1-2, by National Highway (Davao Cotabato); on SE., along line 2-3 by A. Bonifacio Street; on the SW., along line 3-4 by E. Perez Street; and on the NW., along line 4-1 by Manuel Roxas Street. Beginning at a point marked “1” on sketch plan, being S. 14 deg. 39’W., 1158.35 m. to from BLLM No. 1, Pls-59;

thence S. 22 deg. 02’W., 100.57 m. to point 2;

thence N. 60 deg. 56’W., 216.44 m. to point 3;

thence N. 27 deg. 48’E., 99.16 m. to point 4;

thence S. 61 deg. 18’E., 215.06 m. to point of

beginning, containing an area of Twenty One Thousand Five Hundred and Thirty Eight (21,538) Square Meters. All points referred to are marked on the ground by B.L. Cyl. Conc. Mons. bearings true; date of resurvey July 1, to August 20, 1948 and that of the approval, June 23, 1952.

That portion actually occupied by the Municipal Health Office and the Puericulture Center is excluded from the operation thereof.1aшphi1
