DECLARING FRIDAY, MAY 19, 1978, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE PROVINCE OF PANGASINAN.

WHEREAS, Friday, May 19, 1978 marks the 50th anniversary of the creation of the Diocese of Pangasinan; and

WHEREAS, the residents of Pangasinan should be afforded the opportunity to commemorate the event with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Friday, May 19, 1978, as a special public holiday in the Province of Pangasinan.1aшphi1
