DECLARING WEDNESDAY, MARCH 29, 1978, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN TAGUIG, METRO MANILA.

WHEREAS, Wednesday, March 29, 1978, marks the seventy-eight (78th) foundation anniversary of the Municipality of Taguig, Metro Manila; and

WHEREAS, the people of said municipality desire to celebrate its foundation day with fitting ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Wednesday, March 29, 1978, as a special public holiday in Taguig, Metro Manila.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
