DECLARING SATURDAY MARCH 25, 1978, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY.

WHEREAS, Saturday, March 25, 1978, may be declared as a special holiday without detriment to the public service and in order to give the people an uninterrupted vacation during the holy week;

NOW THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Saturday, March 25, 1978, as a special public holiday.
