RESERVING FOR MILITARY PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE SITIO OF MT. SALAKOT AND TAGBALUGO, BARRIO OF BAGUMBAYAN, PUERTO PRINCESA CITY, ISLAND OF PALAWAN UNDER THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE CHIEF OF STAFF, ARMED FORCES OF THE PHILIPPINES.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby reserve for military purposes under the administration of the Chief of Staff, AFP, certain parcels of land of the public domain situated in the Sitio of Mt. Salakot and Tagbalugo, Barrio of Bagumbayan, Puerto Princesa City, Island of Palawan, subject to private rights, if any there be, and more particularly described as follows:
Technical Description
A parcel of land situated in the Sitio of Mt. Salakot and Tagbalugo, Barrio of Bagumbayan, Puerto Princesa City, Island of Palawan, which is embraced within that licensed area covered by TLA No. 245 issued by the Bureau of Forest Development in favor of the Palawan Apitong Corporation. Bounded on the North, South and West by portion of TLA 245 (Public Lands) and on the East along line 1-2 by Iwahig Penal Colony, Puerto Princesa City. Beginning at a point marked “1” on BFD Map M. R.-6 plan which is identical to corner No. 5 of TLA 45

Corner No. 1 is identical to Corner No. 5 of TLA 245 and Corner No. 2 is along line 5-6 of TLA 245.
The disposition of timber and other forest products that may be found within the reservation shall be in consonance with Forest and Internal Revenue Laws, rules and regulations.1aшphi1
