EXTENDING THE FUND CAMPAIGN OF THE MGA LINGKOD BAYAN UP TO DECEMBER 31, 1978.

WHEREAS, the Mga Lingkod Bayan was authorized under Proclamation No. 1651 dated June 28, 1977 to conduct a national, educational and fund campaign during the period from June 15 to December 31, 1977; and

WHEREAS, the organization needs additional time to raise more funds to achieve its goal;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby extend the fund campaign of the Mga Lingkod Bayan up to December 31, 1978.1aшphi1
