DECLARING THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 16, 1978, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN CALOOCAN CITY.

WHEREAS, the 16th anniversary of the foundation of Caloocan City falls on February 16, 1978;

WHEREAS, the residents of the City should be afforded the opportunity to commemorate this milestone in their City’s history with fitting ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Thursday, February 16, 1978, as a special public holiday in Caloocan City.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
